I loved your episode on personal branding. You are right about lack of confidence! I am nearing 40 and still hesitant to tell the world about my knowledge gained through 20 years of experience. I think you are from Asia (India probably?). Can you share the practical tips of how to start confidently? Is there a way, I can write to you?

Like always, Ritu brings quite insightful viewpoints in his conversation. It’s always fun to watch him go places through his endeavours. And he manages to do it perfect wherever he tries his hand. All the best my friend.

I met Ritu in a networking event. He is very few in my contact list who is consistent in his approach and thoughts. I barely remember any one post the networking event but Ritu taught me how can we keep in contacts without saving the real contact details. Though his concept of conversation is so indigenous but he add real value with his refreshing ideas to make it a Real Conversation. I am loving his ideas as it makes me ponder what a real conversation means? All the best Ritu.

I run a food-tech startup which is just 18 months old, with a staff of 39 people. The impact started from early March itself and by mid-March, the sales were 30% down. For the last 37 days, there have been almost zero orders. I retained all my team but it is now a choice between shutting down the business or letting go some of them. Probably, this was the podcast I just needed at this hour. Thanks for the superb content! I would also like to hear on how to build customer relationship in these times of lockdown as email marketing or simple messages do not work much.
